You’re in for a special treat at Our Place Cafe with Nice Cream, owned by STEAM Chemist Jerald Henry Smith. Nice Cream desserts are created instantly before your eyes.
We handcraft our ice cream and sorbet using a revolutionary, -321 degree liquid nitrogen freezing process. This method freezes our ice cream fresh in seconds, as opposed to “regular” ice cream which takes hours to freeze. The flash freezing creates microscopic ice crystals, which results in a smooth texture and our cryogenic mixer creates a creaminess that mixing by hand doesn't achieve.
We only use the finest all natural local ingredients and never add any artificial colors or flavors, corn syrup, preservatives, stabilizers, carrageenan, or gums. Nice Cream is pure, healthy deliciousness!
